Our ongoing research and development effort and extensive know-how have enabled us to introduce many important improvements in alcohol process technology and design. Vogelbusch is renowned for its continuous fermentation and integrated distillation/molesieve dehydration technology.

As always with Vogelbusch technology, the key design principles are energy saving, high yield and top product quality. The performance of Vogelbusch alcohol plants is world class by all three yardsticks.

The applications comprise high grade power alcohol (bioethanol), potable (extra neutral) alcohol, industrial (unhydrated) alcohol as well as dehydrated alcohol for medical use. A highly valued by-product is DDGS.
