NUTRIENT FOR VINEGAR BACTERIA

Vinegar bacteria are eager for work ... but only on balanced living conditions. The nutritive value of the substrate is one of the essential factors in vinegar production. 

BREMOFERM© is a blend of vitamins, minerals and other nutritive substances for vinegar bacteria which is added to the mash together with glucose. This nutrient mix has been developed by Vogelbusch in view of an optimal growth of the vinegar bacteria in submerged fermentation.

The main application of BREMOFERM© is in the production of sprit (alcohol) vinegar where the addition of nutrients is viable for vinegar fermentation. For other raw materials the mix can be adapted respectively to improve the nutritive value. 

The standard packaging of BREMOFERM© is in 25 kg drums.
