Online detection of alcohol in yeast fermentations
Vogelbusch GAS ANALYSER
Application
|
The Vogelbusch Gas Analyser is
applied in yeast fermentations, i. e. the production of alcohol and yeast. The device
determines the concentration of alcohol in the exhaust gas, a value which is used as
indicator for the process control. Based on this general notion Vogelbusch designed
their first own gas analyser back in the late fifties as there was no adequate instrument
available on the market then. The gas analyser passed through a series of improvements
since to comply with the demands for modern industrial electronics for quick, reliable and
accurate online analysis.
Vogelbusch provides different types of analysers for a variety of applications: |
|
Type GS 2/7:
Baker's yeast fermentation
Pichia yeast fermentationoperating range 0 - 1
